Five Ways to Influence with Coaching
7mInfluencing another person's thinking and emotions can sometimes feel challenging, cruel, or manipulative. Even though coaching aims to influence other people's thoughts, instead of giving them ready-made solutions and thinking patterns, a coach seeks to help the person find ways to change their mind themselves.
