Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
