2hDescription:
Facilitation is about finding a common understanding. Someone could say that facilitation is easy; you ask questions and remain content-neutral. However, staying content-neutral, focusing on the process, and putting our opinions aside can be difficult for some of us. The goal of a facilitator is to find a common ground for working together, guide the process, and help people think and interact with each other.
This tutorial was designed by top facilitators from Finland. In these videos, they will share the most effective facilitation tools, methods, and best practices with you. These tools and techniques help you when facilitating a workshop or participating in one.
